Amazing Staff and Views

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The spa was such a treat. The only bummer was the room service, which could definitely be way better.

The spa experience could be improved by enforcing quiet areas for relaxation!!! Additionally, the chaotic water sports organization leaves much to be desired—better management could enhance the guest experience significantly!!!

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was quite inadequate. We waited until late in the afternoon for our room to be cleaned, which was frustrating. This delay really affected our overall experience, especially since we had planned to spend more time by the pool.

I enjoyed the stunning view from my Nafsika sea view room. The early check-in was a huge bonus, with my room ready when I arrived. The breakfast at Mercato exceeded expectations. the staff was attentive and offered delicious options. I found the pool area fantastic, perfect for relaxing. However, there were some hiccups. Housekeeping didn't clean my room until late in the afternoon, which was inconvenient. There were times I felt the service could have been faster, especially at the beach where staff seemed distracted. families with kids made it noisy, even though the manager handled my complaint graciously. Despite some service lapses, the overall ambiance and facilities made for a memorable stay.

The King Room Nafsika Sea View had a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. Amenities included a coffee machine, minibar, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The spa facilities offered an extensive range of treatments, from massages to beauty services. The outdoor pool was heated and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The dining options were top-notch with varied cuisine.

The pool area was fantastic, and we indulged in some Greek cooking classes. We also explored the Acropolis Museum, which was a highlight. The staff was friendly, and the beach was beautiful. A perfect spot for relaxation and fun.

Dining could use some improvement, as we found some restaurants just okay.

Our stay was unforgettable! The modern decor of our Nafsika room was luxurious, and the stunning sea view left us in awe every morning. We enjoyed the fantastic tennis facilities and even arranged a half-day trip to the Acropolis, making our visit even more special for my teenage daughter.

In my wife's opinion, the dining options could be more family-friendly with casual lunch spots during the day.

Celebrating my birthday here was unforgettable. After mentioning it at check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with champagne, cake, baklava, and candies waiting in my room! The King Room with Nafsika Sea View offered stunning views, perfect for a romantic getaway. Pro tip, Enjoy the beach for a serene moment.

we had a fantastic stay at the four seasons! our sea view bungalow was ready when we arrived early, and they even treated us to breakfast. the location is perfect, just a short walk to chef sergio at the mercato. loved the tranquil spa inspired by hippocrates!
